Minny's counteroffer came in at Tuesday, Dec 23, 10:58 AM, within the standard 24 hour counteroffer period. I don't know if it was vetoed because the offer was posted in the wrong place, but if we're going by time and date I think the offer was valid.

I know all that would do is make Quenville a crapload more expensive for me, but I only want to F people in trades, not in free agency and coaches :-D

Look three posts up, Minnesota backed out. I just assumed that meant he withdrew his original offer. I am more then happy to raise his earnings though.
