Hey, so I have been getting a lot of interest for some players on my teams, and every email says...what do you want in return. Here is my answer so I do not have to answer 30emails a day with the same anwser. 2 things....

1. I will not tell you what I want from your team in regards to players..i want youth...IE) young players/PIcks/Prospects
2. If you do not send an offer I will not answer your email. Not trying to be all high and mighty, but my time is limited as I am extremly busy with work and other priorities. So I do not have time to be back and forth...you want something you make an offer, thats what I was taught by 4 of the most respected GM's in my mind.

Youth, and offers....otherwise no dealing.
