30. caps-traded the best left wing in the history of the game to carolina and didn't get staal or ward in return. hmm. last seen: heading towards rebuild blvd.

29. sens-traded heatly, spezza and alfredsson. last seen: abducting steven stamkos

28. isles-right where he should be considering the uber tanks by washington and ottawa. last seen: typing up his resume.

27. thrashers-well, they do have kovalchuk and bogosian...and possibly a pretty good incoming gm next year. last seen: washing his boobs.

26. wild-you think trading gaborik and backstrom for prospects would have been enough to allow this team to properly tank, but mikko would have none of it. last seen: drooling over his prospect list.

25. preds-made lots of moves with an eye, nay, a telescope toward rebuilding. last seen: fuming at the sim for not realizing that he should be worse. much worse.

24. leafs-(or is it leaves?) one of the most respected GMs in the league was relatively quiet this when dealing with his own team. last seen: waving goodbye...with one finger.

23. flames-tried pretty hard to make one trade this year. last seen: searching for tuuka rask.

22. kings-doughty, ryan, weber, brown, miller. yes, i hate him. last seen: holding a cup in an unnecessarily tight shirt. i don't care if its spandex. who do you think you are, T.O.?

21. blues-the st. louis gm aimed for a mediocre-to-poor team and succeeded admirably. last seen: waiting to add berglund and oshie to what will be a competitive roster next year.

20. panthers-gm maurizio went for a youth movement and then went for the door. last seen: looking for a gm.

19. hawks-with a little creativity this team could have been a season 1 cup contender. instead they're just chillin in playoff contention. last seen: drawing hearts with 'patrick kane' written inside them.

18.stars-traded some youth for alfredsson, but are still looking up at the bottom of the western playoff race. last seen: dodging IMs.

17. rangers-not much action from the rags this year, yet they remain in the thick of it in the east. last seen: providing counsel to the newbie c'mish.

16. sabres-umm, they reacquired briere. i would've changed the locks on that relationship. last seen: coming <-> this close to trading teppo.

we havent had these in a while, but it was something i wanted to bring back. hope you guys enjoy them and have a couple of laughs. (and leave comments!)
